ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by E.E.432, Mathavankurichi Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society Credit Society, Thandavankadu, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, challenging the impugned communication dated 13.06.2015.
2.Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and also requested this Court to direct the respondents to furnish a copy of the report mentioned in the impugned order which is considered as a basis for conducting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry against one Tamil Raj, fertilizer salesman. An endorsement has also been made to that effect.
3.Learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that a part of relevant portion of the enquiry report has already been sent to the society.
4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also agreed that they have received the portion of the enquiry report but not the full report.
5.However, this Court finds no impediment to furnish a full copy of the enquiry report. Accordingly, the second respondent is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the enquiry report dated 20.05.2015 submitted by the Enquiry Officer/Co-operative Sub Registrar. 6.The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
