O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against her husband and others for cruelty, demand of dowry and harassment and thereby, the petitioner sent a representation dated 14.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against her husband and family members due to family dispute and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of complaint and the same is under enquiry, it is for the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision on the complaint of the petitioner. In view of the Page No. 2 of 4

same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025 in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
