ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1,2 & 4 to 8, in Crime No.203 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1,2 & 4 to 8 respectively. A3 was arrested and released on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that originally the case was registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and later on altered into Sections 341, 324, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, on 17.12.2016. He further states that as per the FIR A1 and A2 are said to have attacked the defacto complaint with wooden log and caused injuries to the defacto complainant. Injured was discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that injured was discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
