PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 3.6.2014 in regularization of the petitioner's service at 5th respondent school as Secondary Grade Teacher from her date of initial appointment with effect from 11.02.1998 with all monetary benefits and pensionary benefits as per G.O.No.413 issued by the Finance(PGC)Department dated 4.11.2010. In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2014 seeking for regularization of the petitioner's service at 5th respondent school as Secondary Grade Teacher from her date of initial appointment with effect from 11.02.1998 with all monetary benefits and pensionary benefits as per G.O.No.413 issued by the Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
4.It is seen that the petitioner through the said representation is seeking for regularization of her service as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 11.02.1998 as per G.O.Ms.No.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010. It is for the third respondent to consider and decide as to whether the petitioner is entitled to such regularization and as to whether the said G.O. relied on by the petitioner is applicable to the case of the petitioner. This Court is, at this stage, not expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation dated 03.06.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
