PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry as per circular of the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai dated 08.11.2017 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2021 as per the letter of the 1st respondent in letter No.1346/U4/2021 dated 15.02.2021 and take appropriate action against the culprits.
