O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2023 in C.S.R.No.441 of 2023 issued by the 2nd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.441 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and on the basis of the apology made by her own brother, she had given an undertaking that she is not willing to pursue the matter further. On the basis of the above said undertaking and as well as the undertaking given by the third respondent that with regard to the said property, they will resolve their issue by approaching the concerned civil Court for appropriate remedy, the enquiry was closed by the second respondent. So nothing survives in this case. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
