2. The communication of the Project Director, National Highways Authority of India, Projection Implementation Unit [PIU], Dindigul, the second respondent herein, informs that the appropriate action is being taken in the matter.

3. Recording the satisfaction of the learned counsel for the petitioner that due action is being taken, this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
