Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relate tot the demand notice dated 21.07.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent, under New Assessment No.115/033/00956 (old Ass No. 115/16373), claiming an arrears of tax of Rs.12,57,310/- to the petitioner's building, bearing door No. 324, Aringar Anna Nagar L.I.G. Colony, Madurai and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated 10/08/2023 and requisition letter submitted by the principal District Judge, Madurai vide letter in D.No.5776, dated 05/08/2023, in the presence of M/S.SURIYANARAYANAN R, Advocate for the petitioner this court made the following order:- By letter, dated 05.08.2023 addressed to the Registrar Judicial, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai has requested further three months time to dispose of the Tax CMA No.1 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 30.03.2023.
