ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by N.Rajendran seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from granting permission to the fourth respondent to conduct festival in Sri Adaikkalam Katha Ayyanar Temple situated at Enathi Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, which is scheduled to be held on 31.08.2015 or any other subsequent dates.

2.The date for holding the festival has been fixed on 31.08.2015 and without making out any right in favour of the petitioner, at the eleventh hour, the present writ petition has been filed. It is too late for the petitioner to come to this Court with the aforesaid prayer, as proper notice has to be served on the fourth respondent with reasonable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Therefore, this Court is not in a position to grant the relief sought for in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
