O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 14.09.2020.
2. On behalf of the respondents, a counter affidavit has been filed. In the said counter affidavit, it is averred that against the order of the learned single Judge dated 14.09.20220, the Department has preferred a Writ Appeal and the same was also dismissed by a Divsion Bencho on 06.07.2021. After receipt of the copy of the order in Writ Appeal, a proposal was sent to the Government for sanction on 28.02.2023. As the subject matter involved huge amount to be paid to the petitioner, the matter was examined by the Government in detail and issued orders in G.O.(Ms)No.113 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR 2(ii)) Departmet dated 20.07.2023 sanctioning an amount of Rs.1,79,00,953/- for payment to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondents also drawn attention of the Court to the proceedings in A1/4300/2023 dated 25.07.2023 filed as material paper, wherein it is stated that the Conservator of Forest and Field Director, Kalkad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve, Tirunelveli directed the District Forest Officer Thoothukudi Divisional and Divisional Forest Officer, Social Forestry and Extension Division, Tirunelveli to disburse the said amount to the peititoner by adhering to the procedures contemplated.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that due to non availability of bank particulars of some persons, they could not disburse the amount.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to furnish all the bank details of the petitioner to the respondent to enabe them to disburse the amout immediately, if it is not submitted by the petitioner.
6. Having heard the submissions of the respective counsels and
upon careful examination of the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, further adjudication in this Contempt Petition is not required as already the respondents sanctioned the required amount and they are taking steps to disburse the same to the concerned persons.
