ORDER
To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 30.03.2022, passed in I.A. No. 11 of 2021 in O.S. No. 13 of 2014, by the learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai, the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition.
2.Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.The revision petitioner is the first defendant in O.S.No.13 of 2014. She has filed a petition in I.A.No.11 of 2021, under Order XII Rule 8 of Civil Procedure Code, for production of documents and the same was dismissed by the trial Court. The petitioner wants to call for the documents containing the signature of one Sivaraman and other documents executed by him for comparing his fingerprint and signature in the power deed executed by him. In this case evidences are closed and the case is posted for arguments. Already the trial Court has dismissed the petition in the year 2019, which was filed by the petitioner to send the documents for Expert's opinion. C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 944 of 2022 petitioner has not preferred any revision against the said dismissal.
4.Again, the petitioner has filed this petition to call for records, which is not at all necessary, as already petition for comparison of signature was dismissed by the trial Court in the year 2019.
5.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed and the order dated 30.03.2022, passed in I.A. No. 11 of 2021 in O.S. No. 13 of 2014, by the learned District Munsif, Devakottai is confirmed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
