O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5140/2015/H1 dated 06.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.08.2017, this Court, as an interim measure, directed the petitioner not to have any business operations in the unit in question until he obtains necessary certificate as well as licence from the competent authority.

4. Now, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in obedience to the said order passed by this

Court, the petitioner has stopped the business operations and approached the authority for issuance of necessary licence. The petitioner also undertakes that only after obtaining necessary licence from the competent authority, he will continue his business operations.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
