ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 30.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Valiyoor, Tirunelveli District vide the letter in D.No.2886 dated 27.10.2023,this Court made the following order:

"This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.261 of 2022.

2.This Court already disposed of this Petition by order dated 30.03.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.261 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.261 of 2022 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
