ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.11.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 387, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.825 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant and scolded him with filthy language and threatened with knife and demanded money.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the second accused in this case and he is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that no one sustained injury in the occurrence.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.II, Thoothukudi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
