RESPONDENTS 4 to 7/ DEFENDANTS 1 TO 4 PRAYER : This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to pass appropriate Order directing the Additional District Munsif, Eraniel to expedite the Trial in O.S.No.3 of 2006. ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

disposing the Suit in O.S.No.3 of 2006 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Eraniel.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 22.06.2017, by directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit by 30.08.2017. There was a request from the learned Trial Judge on 05.09.2017 for extension of time and the same was granted. Now the learned Trial Judge, has again sought for further six months time. Hence, the matter was listed today. 3.The learned Judge should keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the matter within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
