ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.2539/2025 dated on 14.02.2025.

2. Mr. S.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 22 days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.2539 of 2025 dated on 14.02.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police weekly thrice i.e., on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
