This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the civil dispute.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that both the parties have appeared for enquiry and during the enquiry, the petitioner has made a submission that he would work out his remedy through the Civil Court.
