ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint preferred by the third respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called only for enquiry. He further submitted that during the enquiry, both the parties appeared and the defacto complainant stated that the issue was settled between themselves and there is no need to take further action in the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint. He also made a representation dated 18.04.2018 to that effect. Hence, the complaint was closed.

5. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
