Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent corporation as Conductor. He is suffering from cardiac related issues. He wants this Court to direct the respondent to post him as Security (Watchman) in Thirumangalam Depot. I failed to understand as to how such a particular request can be made. It is for the management to take a call in the matter after considering all the relevant circumstances. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits. This shall be done within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
