relaxation of 5% marks under Ex-Servicemen dependant priority quota. 3.The learned Standing Counsel/Special Government Pleader submits that only in Group C and Group D posts such preferential treatment is accorded. The post of B.T. Assistant is a Group B post. In the said post, no such preferential treatment has been prescribed in the relevant recruitment rules 22 of Subordinate Service Rules, does not support the stand of the petitioner. 4.In this view of the matter, there is no merit in the Writ Petition.
