2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, and it was taken cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.210 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
