2. Mr.S.Yogeshwaran representing Mr.T.Lenin Kumar has entered appearance for the first respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
