This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act,1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980 against the fair and executable order passed in R.C.A.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai dated 09.11.2016, confirming the order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, dated 30.09.2013.

DECREE: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this Monday, the Twelfth day of February, Two Thousand and Eighteen, upon perusing the petition and the record in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PT.S.Narendravasan, Advocate for the Revision Petitioner/Tenant and that of M/s.K.Hemakarthikeyan, Advocate for Caveator/for Respondent/Landlord, and this Revision Petition stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while disposing off this Civil Revision Petition, doth order and decree as follows:

1. That the order and decree made in R.C.A.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court (Rent control Appellate Authority) Madurai dated 09.11.2016, confirming the order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, dated 30.09.2013 be and hereby are confirmed and this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of; 2.that the revision petitioner, having given an undertaking affidavit, be and hereby is directed to vacate the premises, and hand over the possession to the respondent on or before 11.08.2018; 3.that the petitioner/tenant be and hereby is directed to pay the rental arrears for the months of January and February 2018 on or before 05.03.2018;

the monthly rent for the subsequent months on or before the 5th of every English Calendar months till they vacate; and

5. that there be no order as to costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
