ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the first respondent to withdraw complaint dated 30.05.2022 and 06.03.2023 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023 by this Court.

2. As per the direction of this Court dated 31.03.2023, the petitioner is present before this Court and he has stated that he has not made any request to the respondent police to withdraw the complaint. He further stated that a signature was obtained from him in a blank paper by the Sub Inspector of Police.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to re-open the complaint given by the petitioner and conduct an enquiry in accordance with law, by summoning the necessary parties. The above said process may be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
