No.3718 of 2020 on 28.02.2020 while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners and pass such further or other orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.MOHAMED HANEEF, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 28.02.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. During the total lock down period, they could not appear before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3718 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
