ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 01.04.2025 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of bail.

2. When the matter was listed before this Court on 08.04.2025 and 15.04.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner was convicted vide Judgment dated 15.04.2025 in C.C.No.645 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and hence the prayer sought for in the petition is infructuous.
