This Writ petition has been filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.62 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA2) Department, dated 04.03.2016, on the file of the first respondent and the consequential order in G.O.Ms.No.63 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA2) Department, dated 12.06.2020, on the file of the first respondent and the consequential order in Roc.No.1882/UPA3/2012-2, 2/5

dated 12.06.2020 on the file of the third respondent and the consequential order in Roc.No.1790/HR/TNULM/2020 dated 01.07.2020 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the order passed in the connected writ petition in W.P(MD)No.18337 of 2019, dated 08.11.2022, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected writ petitions are closed.
