PRAYER :- To extend the time which is already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7185/2019 dated 15/05/2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7185 of 2019, dated 15/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
