This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the peaceful enjoyment of the Petitioner's property in Survey No.415/4 an extent of 61 Cents, situated at Koduvilarpatti Village, Theni Taluk and District, based on the representation dated 01.04.2021 made before the respondents 1 and 2.
