ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to refund the fee paid to the Selection Committee, Medical Education and Research Department for Counseling process 2023- 2024, a sum of Rs. 1,01,011/- on 22.08.2023, on the basis of his representation dated 07.02.2025.

2. Mr.T.Vadivelan for the petitioner states that the amount had been refunded to the account holder of the net center from where the application had been uploaded. He states that the petitioner works out his right against the said individual.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
