When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 22.03.2019 & 05.04.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing in the morning session, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, it was passed over and again taken up for hearing in the afternoon session. Even then, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
