2 CONT.P.(MD)Nos.722 & 723 OF 2023 C O M M O N O R D E R This Court vide order dated 07.11.2022 had directed the Government to issue G.O. amending the adhoc rules in consonance with the latest AICTE regulations. The cases of the writ petitioners were ordered to be considered thereafter. Contending that the direction of this court has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions came to be filed in March 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that G.O. (Ms).No.137 Higher Education(B1) Department dated 18.04.2023 has been issued amending the adhoc rules.

3. I am satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. As regards the entitlement of the petitioners to be promoted, it may be agitated separately.
