Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order vide letter No.1580//F1/2014-4 dated 04.08.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pay the sum of Rs.42,065/- with interest to the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 made a submission that the eligible dearness allowances due to the petitioner, the difference in encashment of unearned leave on private affairs and difference in death-cumretirement gratuity consequent on the implementation of the Government Orders sanctioning the Dearness Allowances etc., were sanctioned and paid to the writ petitioner on 23.02.2017, 24.02.2017 and 27.02.2017.

2.Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
