Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.This writ petition has been filed by one C.Roshy Joseph who is working as Lecturer (Grade II), Department of Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, Government Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Kottar, Nagercoil seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
