(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR,J) As orders have been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, granting Community Certificates to the petitioner's father, grand father, Mr.M.Manohar, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 13/4/2015 shall be recalled. The issue involved in this case would be examined once again and upon considering the materials on record, a new Community Certificate would be issued to the petitioner's son recognising him, "Hindu Malaivedan community" within two weeks from today.

2. Submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is placed on record. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
