No.3626 of 2020:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition filed under Section 482 of Crl.P.C., to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by an order dated 16/06/2020 in so far as the condition to appear before the court below on the 1st working day of every week. Prayer in CRL A(MD). No.189 of 2020:- This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14A(2) of SCST (POA) Act 1989 to set aside the order dated 04.06.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.389 of 2020 on the file of Sessions Judge Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act 1989 Sivagangai and consequently enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the above crime No.233 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.B.Prahalad Ravi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent, this Court made the following order:
The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.189 of 2020, dated 16.06.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 17.06.2020.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.06.2020. It is further stated that the peace committee meeting is to be held in that area and prayed for adjournment.
4. It is seen that the petitioner is abiding the condition for the past two months and relaxing the condition may not be a hindrance to the prosecution.
