ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the Tahsildar, Nanguneri, the second respondent herein has already sent a communication stating that no payment of GPF has been made to the petitioner. Therefore, he sought a week's time to issue fresh authorization letter in favour of the petitioner.

2.Recording his statement, a weeks time is granted to the first respondent to issue fresh authorization letter in favour of the petitioner for drawing the GPF amount.
