Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.KAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 41 days in preferring appeal against the order dated 26.11.2018 in C.A.No.73 of 2017 on the file of III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and reversing the order passed in C.C.No.8 of 2017 dated 13.09.2017 by the Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi.
