ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.This writ petition has been filed by S.Arumuga Ganesh challenging the impugned charge memo dated 04.07.2015 issued by the Managing Director/Management, Palayamkottai Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd., Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District containing 7 charges and called for explanation from the petitioner within 48 hours. 3.This Court ordinarily does not interfere with the impugned order. However, the time limit of 48 hours given to the petitioner to file a detailed explanation is absolutely unjustified. 4.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has already given explanation to the said charge memo.

5.In view of the above, without touching the other part of the charge memo, the petitioner is hereby directed to give additional explanation if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such explanation, it is for the third respondent to consider and proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
