This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned communication of the first respondent, dated 19.07.2018 and for consequential https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from recovering the loan amount of the third respondent from the salary of the Petitioner.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the impugned order passed in favour of the Petitioner is withdrawn by communication of the first respondent, dated 20.08.2018. A copy of the said communication is also produced before this Court.
