ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 07.11.2022 made in E.P.No.05 of 2021 in R.C.O.P.No.02 of 2017 on the learned District Munsif, Devakottai. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 1/4

3.The petitioner is the unsuccessful tenant in RCOP.No.2 of 2017. It was allowed by the Rent Controller, Devakottai, (District Munsif Court, Devakottai), by its judgment and decree dated 05.02.2020. Further an appeal also appears to have filed in RCA.No.1 of 2020. However, no order has been secured by the petitioner in the aforesaid appeal. The respondent, who is the successful landlord has filed E.P.No.5 of 2021. By the impugned order, the Execution Court has allowed the Execution Petition by the order dated 07.11.2022.

4.It appears that there is enormous delay in filing the present Civil Revision Petition. That apart, it is noticed that RCOP is of the year 2017 and was allowed on 05.02.2020. There is no merit in challenging the impugned order.

5.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
