PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR26475 of 2017:

Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision petition against the fair order and decreetal order passed in E.P.No.40 of 2013 in O.S.No.94 of 2009 dated 04.01.2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in representing C.R.P(MD)SR.No.26475 of 2017.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 272 days is condoned and the petition stands ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

3.On production of payment receipt, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and post the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
