ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.When the matter was taken up on the earlier hearings, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has submitted that the 3rd respondent was ready to settle the matter by paying the remaining balance amount of sale agreement. It appears that the matter could not be settled because of some difference of opinion. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that one Tamilarasi, who is the wife of the 3rd respondent herein, has given a complaint against this petitioner herein and during the course of enquiry, an agreement was reached between the parties, by which, the 3rd respondent undertook to pay the balance amount and get the sale deed executed, in respect of which, a suit is also pending. Since the suit is pending before the District Munsif Court, Bodinayakanur, the parties may resolve their dispute through suit. Based upon that, but it was closed on 27.02.2021. Even before this Court, much effort has been taken, the matter could not be settled by referring the matter to mediation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6228 of 2021 4.Since the complaint given by the wife of the 3rd respondent herein came to be closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. The parties may resolve their dispute through civil process.

6.With the aforesaid liberty and direction, this petition is disposed of.
