Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2015 and to pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.06.2015. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that an enquiry was conducted with reference to the representation submitted by the writ petitioner. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Karur conducted an enquiry on 17.08.2015. The enquiry conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police reveals that the allegations against the fourth respondent were not established. 3.This being the factum, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
