This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 for granting permission to conduct the temple festival in Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Sri Bagavathyamman temple festival situated at Ariyanallur, Munnilaikottai Village, Aathoor Taluk , Dindigul District, scheduled to take place in the month of June, 2022, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2022.

W.P.(MD)No.7950 of 2022 2.Mr.Arul Jenifer, learned Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the sixth respondent, on instructions, would submit that the sixth respondent has no objection for permitting the petitioner to participate in the temple festival scheduled to take place in the month of June 2022 along with the sixth respondent. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to participate in the temple festival along with the sixth respondent. 4.Since the petitioner is willing to participate in the temple festival along with the sixth respondent, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous. This Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to participate in the temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Sri Bagavathyamman temple festival situated at Ariyanallur, Munnilaikottai Village, Aathoor Taluk , Dindigul District along with the sixth respondent. The sixth respondent shall not prevent the petitioner from participating in the temple festival. No costs.
