ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed a petition before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2022 and the FIR was quashed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12014 Of 2022 vide order dated 05.07.2022. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
