Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6338 of 2020, on 23.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6338 of 2020, on 23.06.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 26.06.2020 and the investigation has been completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.3633 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6338 of 2020 on 23.06.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police once in a week (ie.,) Every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
