Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed an application for issuance of separate patta, pursuant to the partition that had taken place in his family. The said application is pending from 14.05.2018. Now, he seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 14.05.2018.

4. I have considered the rival contentions.

5. It appears that a few of the properties belonged to the petitioner's family as found in the patta enclosed in the typed set of papers. However, the respondent is directed to verify the revenue records as to the title of the petitioner's father and conduct an enquiry with regard to the same after giving notice to all the parties concerned and pass final orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
