RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Pass an order to modify the condition No.(b) in Para 5 on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD0.No.1501/22 dt 14.02.22 in connection with Cr.No.685/2021 on the file of the respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.1501 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kamuthi Police Station, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having life threat and hence, he may be directed to appear before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.5625 of 2022 3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
