ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for entering into the property and cultivating the same in the property in Survey No.63/2 to an extent of 3 acre and 24 cents situated at Thillaiyampur Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the petitioners complaint dated 19.04.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 10.04.2021.
